Each student participating in Middle School, Junior Varsity and Varsity sports needs to fill out the forms below before the first practice if at all possible

Please read the Athletic Handbook. Awareness of the policies and procedures governing participation in athletics at Trinity Christian Academy will assist coaches, parents, and athletes in their relationships with each other during their sports season.

Fall Sports Fees (TBA):

HS Boys Varsity Soccer $175

HS Boys JV Soccer $100

HS Girls Varsity Volleyball $175

HS Girls JV Volleyball $125

Upper School Cross Country $25

Upper School Girls Soccer $100

Middle School Boys Soccer $75

Lower School Co-Ed Soccer $40

These fees pay for referees, uniform replacement, equipment costs and field rental. Fees for all sports can be paid at your school office or to Mrs. Caudill by August 20th. After that date, students may forfeit participation in a sport until the fees are paid. If families would like to work out a payment plan, please talk to Mark Fairchild or Mrs. Caudill at your earliest convenience.

Inclement weather plan

Announcement of practice changes will be done at the Upper School campuses and by email by 1pm at the latest when possible. Game cancellations will be announced in the same manner.
