Below are the back-to-school forms.

Save a tree!!!  No printing out of the forms, filling them out, and bringing them to school needed anymore!!  Just fill them out, save them, and email them.  Very simple.  See the instructions below.

Forms are due by August 11

Instructions:

1. fill out the form
   1. if you have more than one child attending Trinity you can fill out the form, save it and then change the name of the child and the information for that child
2. save to your computer
3. Please attach all forms for one child to email and send to, staff@tcalex.org. 
4. In the subject line, please put your child's first and  last name

This form is needed for any student who is driving and parking at the High School.  Will need a copy of the student's drivers license and a current copy of auto insurance card.
